Planning
and Convenience
Our Auctions are attended by many interested persons who intend bidding
on the various properties. Each person planning to bid on the Auction must obtain a
Bidding Card by registering for the Auction and by paying a refundable Registration
Fee
prior to the Auction. No bids will be accepted without showing a valid Bidding Card.
To avoid long queus and a wasting of your precious time, we suggest that you register
early and preferably
before the day of the Auction.
Registration Procedure
- Contact us by E-mail, telephone or fax prior to the Auction and request to be registered
for the specific Auction.

- A member of our staff will assist you with the completion of the required documentation
and then hand you your Bidding Card.
- A R40 000,00 refundable Bidders Registration
Fee is payable into our Trust Account by Bank Guaranteed Cheque or
Electronic Transfer. You will be issued with a receipt. Should your bid not be accepted,
your Registration Fee will be refunded without delay, the same day if at all possible and subject to Bank clearance of your funds.
- You will now be ready to bid on the Auction.
Should you be the Highest
Bidder, your paid Registration Fee will be allocated towards Buyers
Commission and/or part of the deposit payable on the property you purchased.

- All serious Buyers and Investors are welcome. Right of admission reserved.
- R40 000,00 refundable Bidders Registration Fee
payable prior to the Auction.
- All bids accepted subject to Seller confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
- On the fall of the Hammer : 10 % deposit and 10% Buyers Commission plus VAT will be payable on the purchase price by the Highest Bidder.
